Hello and welcome! I’m Elizabeth,
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. Outside of this space I do Somatic Therapy, and here I share yoga practices for mental health. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection, and yoga helps us tap into the body for deeper healing in our minds.
I am passionate about empowering people to utilize their own strengths and internal resources to overcome life’s challenges, and I believe yoga guides us to that.
I share a variety of practices on YouTube and teach movement and sound healing classes. Check out my schedule for current in person and online offerings.
I really value accessibility and inclusiveness and believe that EVERY BODY has a place in the yoga room.
I started my own healing journey with yoga and somatic therapy in 2018 and started teaching yoga in 2022. I am first and foremost a yoga student and work daily on my own mental health. I believe whole-heartedly that these practices hold the key to true, long-lasting relief from symptoms and am grateful for the opportunity to share them with you.
